BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE ENROLMENT
For all new enrolments, go to our Online Registration Page and follow the prompts. Once this form is submitted you will be contacted by a member of staff via email.
Once your child’s enrolment is confirmed you will be required to pay a non-refundable Annual Membership, please note this will be processed upon receiving your enrolment or re-enrolment form and automatically applied to your account.

Families currently not currently enrolled please speak with the Centre Director prior to submitting a vacation care form.

All forms are due 6pm Monday 4th December 2023 the and subject to availability.
Daily fees include charges for any incursion or activities on the day. This removes out of pocket expenses and ensures the full amount becomes eligible for CCS rebate.
