
If you have more than one child to enrol, you will have to fill out a form for each child. Please ensure you submit the form prior to starting a new one.
If there is a custody arrangements for your child you will have to fill in the Custody arrangement section during enrolment.
You will also have to provide us with any relevant court orders and paper work.
While registering you are required to provide us with the Emergency Contacts & Authorisations. You have an option to tick the checkbox where it says “Collect/Deliver your child to/from the service”.
If such arrangement are made after the enrolment, you are required to send us an email to info@metellaoosh.com.au or provide us in writing at the centre. In the email/written request you are required to provide us:
- Name of the Person
- Contact Number
- Address and
- Relationship to the child.
- How long the arrangement is in place
The person who is collecting/delivery your child will be required to provide their photo identification before the child will be released into their care.
Verbal notification is not accepted and we will not release the child to that person.
Once enrolment is completed and an Xplor account is made, you are required to set up direct debit.
Fee’s are then deducted on a fortnightly or weekly basis.
Before School Care : 06:30am to 08:30am
After School Care : 03:00pm to 06:00pm
Vacation Care : 07:00am to 06:00pm
If you are running late and are unable to collect your child by closing time, you are requested to advise us as early as possible by calling us on 02-9636 1740 and provide us with an estimate time of arrival.
Note: A late fee is charged per child.

Before School Care – 6:30am to 8:30am $19.00 per morning permanent basis
$25.00 per morning on a casual basis
After School Care – 03:00pm to 6:00pm $24.00 per afternoon permanent basis
$30.00 per afternoon on a casual basis

Casual Booking
- Casual bookings will be considered in accordance with the centre’s current waiting list and availability.
- Once casual bookings have been confirmed, fees will be charged even if you child is absent.
A statement is emailed each week to all of our families. Alternatively you are able to view your statement via the Xplor App. Click here for instructions on how to check your account summary via the App.
Please note that only primary carers will see transactions in the Account Summary screen.
Please email us your change of days and start date, if the alternate day is available we will confirm
and update. Please note: If you are removing days, we do require 2 weeks notice.
Please email us with 2 weeks notice. Please note: Under CCS guidelines your child must physically
attend their first and last day of care in order to receive CCS.
You are able to book casual care via the Xplor App. Click here for instructions on how to do so.
Please ensure bookings are done 24 hours in advance if possible.
Via the Xplor App you are able to send through absent notifications. For instructions on how to
notify us of your child’s absence Click here Please note: there is a non-notification fee of $10 if you
do not notify us.
If you child does not attend their bookings staff are required to search the school, the office and
then phone you to ensure their whereabouts. In the case that you do not answer, your emergency
contact will be called. In the case that we are unable to get onto anyone we will call 000. This takes
away time and resources from our staff each afternoon.
If you have permanent bookings you will still be charged.
Our Service is not licensed or insured to have children on the premises after hours (6.00pm). This is a
breach in the Education and Care Regulations. A late fee will be charged for children who are picked
up after 6.00pm. This fee is charged per child. A $20 late collection charge will apply, with an
additional $5.00 per minute thereafter. Note: Child Care Benefits are not paid on late fees. Late fee
payments will be added to the normal fee.
If you know you are running late, please give us a courtesy call on (02) 9636 1740. We advise trying
to find an alternate person pick up your child to avoid paying late fees.
Once setting up direct debit your fees will automatically be debited from your account each
Thursday. If you require a different day or schedule, please email our finance team.
Yes. It is a condition of enrolment to have direct debit set up. However, you are able to make ad hoc
payments via the Xplor App. Click here for instructions on how to this.

Week 5 of each term our vacation care program is released to families, posted on our Facebook page
and website. This is an electronic form which needs to be completed. All days are subject to
availability.
